'Flanders Embryo' HHS Ocala crowned champion at the FEI WBFSH Jumping World Breeding Championships 2023
Guess what happened at Zangersheide in the World Championship final for 5-year-olds...? One of the embryos we auctioned in Ocala (USA) won the championships! What an amazing result.
Five years ago the Irish Marion Hughes purchased three 'Flanders' embryos on the spot and achieved a lot of succes this weekend with HHS Ocala (Urano de Cartigny), ridden by Michael Pender.
HHS Ocala (yes, it's all in the name) was brought in in the Flanders Embryo Auction by Ton Vullers and Arnaud Bernolin. Congratulations to everyone!
HHS Ocala has a very interesting pedigree. The dam of HHS Ocala is Hera van 't Roosakker (Wandor van de Mispelaere). Grandam is multiple 1.60m GP winner Cella (Cento), ridden by Ben Maher and great-grandam is Usha van 't Roosakker (Chin Chin), who has a huge influence in the breeding of showjumping horses.
